With both the MA and CT state champs passing on New England's, MA runner-up Alex Arbogast became one of the top favorites in the 55m. In the finals there was no doubt as Arbogast blasted away from prelims leader and VT champ Gregory Seraus to get the win. Colin Brown got the bronze in the CT state championship and he also picked up 3rd at New England's.

ME champ and top seed Andrew Farr never got to see Gianluca Bianchi because the CT state's 3rd-place finisher was seeded 8th and in the next-to-last section 5. Bianchi got the outside lane 6 in his section and he sling-shotted to the front at the break to get the win at 35.36. Farr held off all challengers fairly comfortably in the final seeded section, but his 35.40 was a bit behind Bianchi's mark. MA runner-up Brett Earle got the bronze while finishing 2nd in the seeded section.

MA guys Bradley Diaz and Hatim Boukhtam  were the top seeds at the starting line and they spent three laps going head-to-head for the title in the 600m. State champ Diaz commanded the inner lane throughout, and though he didn't get the PR, he did get the win. Boukhtam did get more than a half second PR while picking up the silver. RI guys fought for the bronze, and Pedro Mayol beat out Lachlan Bishop as they both got big PRs.

55m Hurdles

Jordany Volquez came in with by far the best mark, and he kept the heat on through finals as he ran away with the 55H title at 7.31 for yes, a giant PR. ME champ Jayden Flaker also got a giant PR at 7.42 for 2nd. MA champ Easton Tan picked up the bronze.
