Maine Milesplit catches up with Regis track and field and cross country coach Kourtney Bonsey. Bonsey graduated from Falmouth High School in 2008, then ran cross country and track and field at the University of Maine and graduated in 2013. Bonsey has coached at Regis for four years, and led the Pride to conference championships in both cross country and track. During the interview, Bonsey discusses how she's had to adjust during the pandemic, and how her high school and college experience helped her become a head coach.
