JOPLIN, Mo. - Graduate student Courtney Dinnan (Hamden, Conn.) of the Southern Connecticut State University women's cross country team finished 61st today at the Division II NCAA Championships (6k) in Joplin, Mo.

Dinnan finished with a time of 21:44.9.

Dinnan was the one member of the Owls team to make it to the meet.

Dinnan recently came in third place at the at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships (6k) from Mine Falls Park in Nashua, N.H. She had a time of 21:34.6 to lead the Owls to a fifth-place finish.
