NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Senior Josh Perry (Naugatuck, Conn.) had a third place individual finish to help lead the SCSU men's cross country team at the Conn College Invitational (8k) at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, Conn.

Perry finished in third with a time of 25:13.

The Owls brought seven competitors to the meet. They finished in 10th place with 239 points.

The Owls had three competitors finish in the top 50.

Senior Asher Brandt (Orange, Conn.) finished in 16th with a time of 25:50. Senior Samuel Montclair (Cheshire, Conn.) also finished in 40th in 26:26.
