Final Results

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Graduate student Courtney Dinnan (Hamden, Conn.) led the Southern Connecticut State University women's cross country team with a third place individual performance at the Stony Brook Season Opener (4k) in Stony Brook, N.Y.

The Owls finished ranked fourth with seven competitors participating.

The Owls competed against Stony Brook, Quinnipiac, Manhattan and Sacred Heart.

Dinnan came in third place with a time of 15:03.85.

Junior Nicole Strauss (Shelton, Conn.) finished in 13th for a time of 15:39.78.

The Owls will return to action with the Iona Meet of Champions in Van Courtland Park, N.Y. on Sept. 15.
