Final Results

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Senior Brian Nill (Ridge, N.Y.) led the Southern Connecticut State University men's cross country team with a top five individual performance at the Stony Brook Season Opener (6k) in Stony Brook, N.Y.

The Owls finished ranked third with eight competitors participating.

The Owls competed against Stony Brook, Quinnipiac, Manhattan and Sacred Heart.

Nill came in fourth place with a time of 19:44.10.

Senior Josh Perry (Naugatuck, Conn.) also finished in the top 10 with a time of 20:14.11.

Junior Asher Brandt (Orange, Conn.) finished in 15th for a time of 20:21.01.

The Owls will return to action with the Riverhead CC Invitational on Sept. 15.
