NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Nick Lebron (Newington, Conn.) of the No. 20 nationally ranked Southern Connecticut State University men's outdoor track and field team was tied for the third most All-Region Awards in the nation with a total of five. The Owls managed to collect the most All-Region Awards out of any other program in the entire NCAA Division II with 38 nods.

The student athletes are chosen for this award by being ranked within the top five from each region in individual events and each member of a relay ranked in the region's top three have earned the All-Region distinction for the 2012 outdoor season.
