NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University men's outdoor track and field team is ranked No. 20 on the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association National Top-25 Rankings List. The Owls are coming off a second place finish at the New England Championships and matched their highest ranking of the outdoor season this week. The Owls had the second-highest, single week move by improving four spots from a week prior.

The Owls remain the top ranked Northeast-10 Conference team ranked in the top-25. American International rejoins the list in 24th.

Five members of the Owls will travel to the NCAA Division II National Championships to be held in Pueblo, Colo. on May 24-26.
