NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University men's outdoor track and field team is now ranked No. 21 on the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association National Team Computer Rankings Top-25 List. The Owls made their first appearance of the outdoor season last week in 20th, but dropped one spot to No. 21 this week.

The Owls are currently one of two teams from the Northeast-10 Conference ranked among the top-25 teams in the nation. American International holds the 24th spot.

The Owls will be back in action, this Friday, to defend their steak of Northeast-10 Conference championships. Southern will play host to the Northeast-10 Conference Championships scheduled for May 4-5 at Jess Dow Field.
