NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University men's outdoor track and field team joined the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division II men's outdoor track and field national computer rankings for the first time this outdoor season. Southern is ranked 20th as the Owls were on the outside looking in the previous week ranked No. 26th in the nation.

The Owls are the top ranked Northeast-10 Conference team. Southern is ranked ahead of American International in 22nd and UMass Lowell in 24th.

The Owls will be back in action this Sunday for the Yale Springtime Invitational scheduled for April 29th at 9 a.m.
