NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Josh Perry (Naugatuck, Conn.) and Joseph Poulsen (Oxford, Conn.) of the Southern Connecticut State University men's outdoor track and field team were selected to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for their performance this past weekend at the Larry Ellis Invitational held in Princeton, N.J.

Perry is ranked fourth in the nation coming off a 20th place finish in the 1,500 meter elite event at the Larry Ellis Invitational. He paced a time of 3:47.96 and broke the previous Owls' record of 3:49.82. Poulsen improved upon his previous top-10 mark in the nation to move up to No. 8 with a time of 8:58.08 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase elite event. He broke the Owls' record by over three seconds with a 12th place finish at the Larry Ellis Invitational.

The Owls will be back in action at the Yale Springtime Invitational to be held on April 29.
