The newest individual National Champion in the history of Southern Connecticut State University athletics stopped by earlier today to discuss his accomplishments this past weekend. Nick Lebron (Newington, Conn.), a sophomore on the Southern Connecticut State University men's indoor track and field team claimed the 73rd individual NCAA title in Owls' history by winning the heptathlon at this year's NCAA Championships. It was the 19th NCAA individual title in SCSU men's track and field history and the sixth during the indoor season.
