NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Ashley Bell (Riverhead, N.Y.) of the No. 14 nationally ranked Southern Connecticut State University women's indoor track and field team was named to the Weekly Honor Roll by the Northeast-10 Conference for her All-New England Honors in the 200 meters this past weekend.

Bell qualified for the finals of the 60 meters and finished ninth with a time of 7.89. She also improved upon her previous top-25 in the nation mark for the 200 meters by running a 24.79 time to finish sixth and claim All-New England honors. She is ranked 14th in the 200 meters for all Division II this season.

The Owls will be back in action this weekend for the ICAC Championships scheduled on March 3-4 in Boston, Mass.
