Day One Meet Results

BOSTON, Mass. - Ashley Bell (Riverhead, N.Y.) of the No. 11 nationally ranked Southern Connecticut State University women's indoor track and field team led the Owls on day one of competition at the Valentine's Invitational held in Boston, Mass.

Bell was seventh in the 60 meters with a time of 7.78 and ninth in the 200 meters with a time of 25.15.

Titilayo Vanriel (Hartford, Conn.) finished 20th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:13.08.

The Owls will be back in competition for the second day of competition at the Valentine's Invitational tomorrow.
