NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Selasi Lumax (Somerset, N.J.) of the Southern Connecticut State University men's indoor track and field team was selected to the Weekly Honor Roll by the Northeast-10 Conference for his stellar performance at the Great Dane Classic this past weekend held in New York, N.Y. To be selected for the Weekly Honor Roll, student athletes must be nominated by their respective schools and the nominees are chosen by the Northeast-10 for recognition.

Finishing third at the Great Dane Classic in the 800 meters with a time of 1:51.09, Lumax is currently ranked second in the nation. He managed to reach an NCAA Division II auto invite to the NCAA National Championships and helped the men's 4 x 400 meter relay to a third place finish and a nation's second best time.

The Owls will be back in action at the Metropolitan Championships in Manhattan, N.Y. to be held on both Jan. 26th and 27th.
