Justin Esacaravage holds the eighth best score in the hepathlon event this week.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Connor Coleman (Gunnison, Colo.) and Justin Escaravage (Brookfield, Conn.) of the Southern Connecticut State University men's indoor track and field team remain ranked among the nation's best in the heptathlon event in this week's updated 2011-2012 NCAA Division II Indoor Qualifier List for the nation's best athletes in each event.

Coleman remains fourth in the nation with a score of 4865. He claimed a second place finish in the heptathlon on day one of the Brother Jasper Invitational meet held on Dec. 9th. Escaravage is in eighth place nationally coming off a third place finish at the same event with a score of 4743.

The Owls will be back in action after the first of the year for the UConn Tri-Meet to be held in Storrs, Conn. on Jan. 7th.
