NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Southern Connecticut State University senior Josh Perry (Naugatuck, Conn.) has been recognized by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for his performance in the NCAA Division II Regional Championships this past weekend.
 
Perry finished eighth overall in the 10k course at the Division II East Regional, and helped lead the Owls to a sixth place overall finish at the event with a time of 31:59.1.
 
Perry is one of nearly 400 nationwide student-athletes to receive honors, and he is also one of 21 Northeast-10 Conference student-athletes to be honored by the USTFCCCA.
