NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Brian Nill (Ridge, N.Y.) of the Southern Connecticut State University men's cross country team was named Co-Athlete of the Week by the Northeast-10 Conference for his first place finish at the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday. He shares the honor with Chris Estrella from UMass Lowell.

Nill placed first with a time of 25:27 at the Connecticut College Invitational held this past weekend. He also led the Owls to a first place overall finish, and paced the squad to take four of the top five spots. It's the second time this season he's been honored with this award.

The Owls will be back in action this weekend for the Northeast-10 Conference Championships in North Hampton, Mass.
