NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Southern Connecticut State University women's cross country team remains third in the NCAA Division II East Regional this week. The rankings are selected by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA.) They are coming off a sixth place team finish at the Division II Cross Country Challenge on Sept. 17thin Kutztown, P.A.

The Owls will be back in action Oct. 7th for the Metropolitan Championships in Van Cortland, N.Y. scheduled for an 11 a.m. start time.
