TURLOCK, Calif.  - Southern Connecticut State University sophomore Kimberly Johnson (Lisbon, Conn.) and freshman Brittany Brown (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) competed in the pole vault and 100 hurdles, respectively, during day two action at the NCAA Division II Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Brown placed 13th in the 100 hurdles with a time of 14.12 seconds, while Johnson finished 17th in her event for the Owls.
