NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Sophomore Brittany Brown (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) and Freshman Megan Carroll (Shelton, Conn.) of the Southern Connecticut State University women's outdoor track and field team selected to the Weekly Honor Roll by the Northeast-10 Conference for his accomplishments over the weekend at the New England Championships held on the Southern campus.

Brown earned All-New England laurels and finished in second place in both the 100 meter hurdles and the high jump. She had a time of 14.12 seconds in the 100 meter hurdles and leaped 5 feet, 7 inches in the high jump.

Carroll helped the Owls' 4x800 meter relay team claim All-New England honors with a fifth place finish and a time of 9:19.78, which set a new school record.

The Owls will send three student athletes to the NCAA Championships to be held May 26-28 in Stanislaus, C.A.
