NEW HAVEN, Conn. – For the sixth week in a row, the Southern Connecticut State University women's outdoor track and field team sits at No. 1 in the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association outdoor rankings. SCSU is coming off a third-place finish at the New England Championships, and finished as the top Division II program at that competition.

The Owls remain to action for the upcoming NCAA Championships.
