NEW HAVEN, Conn. – For the fifth week in a row, the Southern Connecticut State University women's outdoor track and field team sits at No. 1 in the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association outdoor rankings coming off their third straight Northeast-10 Conference Championship this past weekend.

The Owls will be back in action this weekend to defend their home turf when all of New England's best converge on the Southern campus for the New England Championships on May 12-14.
