Grace Flamino (Manchester) ran 12:06.97 in the 3200 meters at East Catholic HS @ Manchester HS on April 28, dropping from her previous best of 14:44.31 set in April 2025. The sophomore ranks #71 in Connecticut and #22 among state sophomores, finishing third of three competitors.
Nathan Fisher (Shepaug Valley) clocked 10:04.20 in the boys' 3200 meters at a dual meet against Housatonic on April 28, improving from 10:59.84. The sophomore ranks #81 in the state and #15 among Connecticut sophomores, winning the race with four competitors.
Gabriel Checketts (Darien) ran 10:15.10 in the 3200 meters at Fast Times at Ridgefield High on May 3, bettering his previous mark of 10:50.91 from May 2025. The Class of 2038 runner ranks #116 in Connecticut and placed 77th of 248 competitors.
