Paul Ryskowski was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Sophomore Paul Ryskowski (Bristol, Conn.) of Southern Connecticut State University men's cross country team has been selected as a United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association 2010 Division II Cross Country All-Academic Honoree.

Ryskowski had a strong second season for the Owls this past fall. An All-Region and All-Conference selection, he helped the Owls place third at Regionals and fourth at the NE-10 Championships. Ryskowski carries a 3.61 cumulative grade point average and also previously earned 2009 USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Academic Team honors. 

To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track and Field Team in Division II, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or greater through the most-recent semester, completed at least 12 credit hours in the semester of cross country competition, and placed in the top 50 percent at the most recent NCAA National Championships or in the top 30 percent at the NCAA Regional Championships.
