Throughout the week, CT MileSplit will feature some of the top athletes that will be competing at the New Balance National Indoor Championships this weekend (March 13-15).
Darien High, distance medley relay
Here's a team that with the right kind of race could earn gold at the nationals. The foursome includes nationally-ranked distance runners Alex Ostberg and Armstrong Noonan as well as talented teammate Carter Ashcraft, a 1:26 600m runner, and Arthur Cassidy, who hover near two minutes for 800m. The Blue Wave squad was second at the outdoor nationals where it was timed in 10:03.49.
