Meet Information
Welcome:
You are invited to the Housatonic Divisional Meet on Wednesday, January 19, 2011. The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team within the SCC Housatonic Division.
Meet Start Time: 4:30 p.m.
Facility:
The meet will be held at the New Haven Fieldhouse at Hillhouse High School in New Haven, Connecticut.
Entry Procedures and Limits:
All meet registration is administered by MySportsResults.com EZ Meet Services using Head Count registration system. There are no day of meet entries.
Athletes can compete in any three events. No boy/girl may be entered in more than three events, including relays. Entry as an alternate counts as one of the athlete's three events.
Unlimited entries per school per event.
Unlimited relays per school; only the A relay will count in team scoring.
Registration:
Online Event Entry for Boys and Girls available on January 1st, 2011.
Deadline for entry is 6:00 pm Eastern, Sunday, January 16th, 2011
There are no late entries or day of meet entries.
Meet Rules:
Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
The National Federation will sanction the meet.
The meet is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team.
The CIAC order of events will be followed. All rules which govern the CIAC meet series will be in use during this meet.
Team scoring will be 8-6-4-2-1 for individual events, 8-6-4-2 for relays.
Be sure to bring your pole vault weight verification form. If your vaulters have not been certified, they will not compete.

Awards:
Individuals and relays who score will receive ribbons.
Doctor/Trainer:
An Athletic Trainer is on site during meet.
Implement Check:
All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements that have not passed meet inspection.
