The Team Entry reports for the 29th Wilton XC Invitational have been made available on the Meet Reports page for coaches who have completed their Athletic.net event entries by the entry deadline.
Do not send any emails for scratching athletes from the meet.
Please address all meet event entry and administration questions to: Jim Gerweck at zgerweck@optonline.net as soon as possible. Please include your School Name and contact phone number in all correspondence.
If you forgot to enter an athlete then make sure to include athletes First Name, Last Name and Grade.
On race day, run only 10 VARSITY ATHLETES for the Boys and Girls Varsity Races. All other non-varsity high school athletes can run in the JV races. There is no need to decide who runs in which race until race day since everyone receives a chip. You may run an unlimited number of athletes in the non-varsity races.
Please make sure to make your entry fee payment as soon as possible.

Welcome to the 29th Wilton XC Invitational
2017 Wilton XC InvitationalCoaches and their teams are invited to register for the 29th Wilton XC Invitational starting at 9:30am on Saturday, September 16, 2017. The meet will be held at the Allens Meadows Park course located near Wilton High School, Wilton CT. The meet is open to all Connecticut and New York high school coaches for registration of their high school age athletes competing for their high school team.
Coaches interested in attending the meet are required to complete the ONLINE Intent to Enter form at the meet website to confirm participation in the meet as soon as possible before 9pm on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017.
ALERT: Only teams listed with Accepted Intent to Enter forms at the meet website will be CONFIRMED to participate in the meet and are allowed to make event entries; all other entries will be rejected.
EZ Meet Services administers all meet registration in conjunction with the Athletic.net service. There are no day-of-meet entries.
