Alex Ostberg of Darien has run the fastest 5000m at Wickham Park when he ran 14:58.0 at the 2014 State Open. Ostberg is currently running for Stanford and earned Division I All American Honors with his 16th place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships last fall.
Hannah Debalsi of Staples ran a 17:41.0 at the 2013 Class LL championships and has the five fastest times on 5000m course. She is currently a junior at Stamford University. August 12th- 17, 2019 at Camp Wah Nee, Torrington, CT
The fastest boys team was LaSalle of Rhode Island who ran a combined time of 1:21.26 at New Englands in 2014. Danbury has the fastest CT time on the course when they ran a 1:21.47 at the 2014 State Open.
LaSalle's girls also ran the fastest times on the course when they ran a 1:35.35 at New Englands in 2014. The same speedy conditions brought Tolland to the Connecticut course record with their 1:36:30.
