  • Danbury's Bridget Chiaravalle, last year's New England 100-meter hurdle champion, has announced she has committed to attend Boston University.
  • New Milford High's standout middle distance star Mia Nahom, a sub five-minute 1,600-meter runner, has signed with the University of Connecticut.
  • Meg Decker of Coginchaug, a star sprinter, has verbally committed to run at Southern New Hampshire University next year
  • Katherine Deloreto of Tolland, one of the state's best long distance runners, has announced that she has verbally committed to continue her academic and athletic career at Boston College
  • Hayley Collins from Tolland,  State Open Runner-up, signed her National Letter of Intent to compete at Marist College
  • Kate Romanchick of Trumbull, eighth at State Open, signed NLT with UConn.
  • Shawn Odei, part of Hamden's All New England 4 x 800m team has signed with Southern Connecticut State University.
  • CIAC decathalon runner up Devin Shelton of Tolland has committmented to SCSU
  • Katie Stevens of Killingly, an All Stater in cross country will run for Central Connecticut.  
  • Ellington's Ally Hill will run for Siena in Albany, NY.
  • Kyle Beaudette, an All State cross country runner for Amity will run for George Washington.
  • All New England miler Emily Criscuolo of Amity will compete for Boston College
  • Alexandra Alsup of Coginchaug, who was State Open runner up in the 800m and All American in the DMR has signed with UConn
  • All New England cross country runner Bridgid Selfors of Mercy will run for Tulane
  • Manchester HS New England high jump champ Liz Lodge signs for track scholarship with
  • State Open shot put and discus champion Sam Stevens of Shelton has committed to Dartmouth.
  • Zak Ahmad, FCIAC, Class LL, and state open XC champion of Staples has committed to the University of Pennsylvania.
  • Indoor State Open shot up champion Brittany Jones of Bloomfield has committed to the University of Virginia.
  • Gaelyn Kattman from Glastonbury has committed to Sacred Heart University
